Intense workplace experiences and their importance in the relations between employees. The case of the fear home of Lost Souls Alley

Tematyka pracy wiąże się z nurtem zarządzania humanistycznego i odnosi się do takich kategorii jak intensywne emocje, doznania i zarządzanie nimi. Celem pracy było zrozumienie wpływu silnych emocji w miejscu pracy na kształtowanie się relacji pomiędzy pracownikami domu strachów Lost Souls Alley. Sformułowałam tezę, że intensywne doznania i emocje w miejscu pracy mają krótkotrwały ale pozytywny wpływ na relacje pracownicze i nie odgrywają znaczącej roli odnośnie ich dalszego rozwoju poza pracą. Przeprowadziłam studium przypadku domu strachów Lost Souls Alley. Dzięki wywiadom oraz obserwacjom ukazałam znaczenie intensywnych emocji i ich wpływu na relacje pomiędzy członkami zespołu.

The subject of my thesis studies is related to the area of humanistic management and refers to categories such as intense emotions, sensations and dealing with them. The aim of the graduation thesis was to understand the impact of strong emotions in the workplace and the shape of the ralationships between the staff of the Lost Souls Alley haunted house. I formulated the thesis that intense sensations and emotions in the workplace have a short-term and positive impact on employees' relations and do not play a significant role in regards to their furher development beyond workplace. I did a case study of the Lost Souls Alley house of fear employees. Thanks to interviews and observations I showed the meaning of intense emotions and their impact on the relationships between team members.
