The issue of financing by the State Treasury the initial training of future judges and prosecutors in the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest finansowanie przez Skarb Państwa szkolenia zawodowego przyszłych sędziów i prokuratorów w Polsce. Omówiony został poprzedni i aktualny model kształcenia, organizacja Krajowej Szkoły Sądownictwa i Prokuratury, a także system stypendiów przyznawanych aplikantom. W szczególności opisano zasady przyznawania stypendium, jego wysokość oraz przypadki, w których powstaje obowiązek zwrotu stypendium.

The subject of the thesis is financing of initial training of future judges and prosecutors in Poland from resources of the State Treasury. The thesis discusses previous and current model of education, organization of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, as well as the system of scholarships received by the trainees. Described in detail are the rules of granting the scholarship, its amount and circumstances in which the scholarship has to be returned.
