Military criminal proceedings

Pierwszy rozdział stanowi zwięzłe przejście przez ostatnie sto lat rozwoju prawa karnego wojskowego, gdzie wskazałam ważniejsze punkty w historii. Następnie przeszłam do struktury sądownictwa wojskowego skupiając się na aktualnym uregulowaniu tej materii, wskazując elementy nań charakterystyczne. Kolejny elementem, przedstawia najnowsze zmiany związane z likwidacją Izby Wojskowej w Sądzie Najwyższym oraz likwidacją prokuratury wojskowej. Z racji, że są to najnowsze uregulowania postanowiłam nie zawierać ich w części historycznej, a właśnie skupić się na nich dopiero w tym miejscu. Sam koniec pracy, jej najważniejszy element, traktuje o właściwym postępowaniu karnym wojskowym, gdzie poruszyłam kwestie właściwości sądów, zakresu spraw oraz podmiotów pod nich podległych, wskazując na elementy odrębne pomiędzy postępowaniem karnym wojskowym a powszechnym.

The first chapter is a concise passage over the last hundred years of the development of military criminal law, where I pointed out more important points in history. Then I went to the structure of the military judiciary focusing on the current regulation of this matter, indicating the features on it. Another element presents the latest changes related to the liquidation of the Military Chamber in the Supreme Court and the liquidation of the military prosecutor's office. Due to the fact that these are the latest regulations, I decided not to include them in the historical part, and just focus on them in this place. The very end of the work, its most important element, deals with the proper criminal penal proceedings, where I raised the question of court jurisdiction, the scope of cases and subordinate subjects, pointing to elements separate between military and general criminal proceedings.
