Virtual Banking. The case of Alior Sync.

Niniejsza praca jest próbą charakterystyki bankowości wirtualnej. W części teoretycznej zaprezentowano definicje związane z sektorem bankowym oraz historię polskiej bankowości. Opisano również główne cechy polskiego systemu bankowego oraz jego elementy. Ważną, z punktu widzenia tematu, częścią rozdziałów teoretycznych jest opis bankowości internetowej, a także proces kształtowania się bankowości wirtualnej w Polsce. Praca powstała na podstawie najnowszej literatury oraz źródeł internetowych, które gwarantują najbardziej aktualne dane w obliczu ciągłych innowacji i zmian wprowadzanych przez banki w Polsce.Część praktyczna zawiera raport z wielu badań opinii publicznej na temat korzystania z wielu różnych usług związanych z bankowością internetową.

The main purpose of this thesis is to try to describe the virtual banking. Theoretical part includes the definition of banking sector and some history of polish banking. Other issues that have been considered, concern about main characteristics of polish banking system and some components of this system. The most important thing in theoretical thing concern about online banking, and the process of forming the virtual banking in Poland.This thesis arose on the basis of the latest literature and online sources, that guarantee the most current information in the face of still innovations and changes inserted by polish banks.The practical part includes report of many opinion polls concern about using many various services associated with online banking.
