New method of governance of the public tasks of the EU and the Treaty of Lisbon

The concept of new method of governance in the European Union seems to be a carrier postulate, which aims to increase the effectiveness of the group. The effectiveness of EU governance has been recently the subject of institutional reform which resulted in the adoption of the Treaty of Lisbon. In the time of entry in force of the Treaty of Lisbon is worth to considering the degree of development of new management methods, areas of interest. This article presents selected methods of managing the EU, which can be attributed to novelty in the light of the Treaty of Lisbon.
