Organizational culture - analysis of selected companies

Niniejsza praca zawiera w sobie omówienie powstania kultury organizacyjnej, różnorodność jej definicji oraz typologii, wiodące modele, podejścia do analizy kultury organizacyjnej według znanych badaczy. Przedstawiono również zależność między kulturą korporacyjną a strategią, sposób budowania kultury organizacyjnej oraz rekomendacje co do jej utrzymywania, umieszczono przykład badań i sformułowano rekomendacje dla zarządzających. Cel niniejszej pracy polega na analizie zjawiska kultury organizacyjnej z porównywaniem kultur dwóch organizacji. Przedmiotem analizy zostały kultury korporacyjne dwóch firm Google oraz Sberbank.

This work includes the discussion on the emergence of organizational culture, the variety of its definitions and typologies, the leading models, approaches to the analysis of organizational culture by well-known researchers. The relationship between corporate culture and strategy, the way of building the organizational culture and recommendations of its safekeeping, as well as an example of research and recommendations for managers are also presented.The aim of this work is to analyze the phenomenon of organizational culture with comparing the cultures of two organizations. The subject of the analysis is corporate cultures of two companies Google and Sberbank.
