Izrael i Stany Zjednoczone to kraje będące inicjatorami we wprowadzaniu norm bezpieczeństwa w lotnictwie cywilnym na świecie. Ze względu na swoją specyfikę geopolityczną i skomplikowaną historię stały się głównym celem terrorystów skierowanym przeciwko branży lotniczej. W pracy uwzględniono międzynarodowe regulacje prawne oraz ewolucję procedur bezpieczeństwa i ich bezpośredni związek z aktami terroryzmu na pokładach samolotów i wobec całej infrastruktury lotniczej.
Israel and the United States set trends in civil aviation safety standards using by other countries. Due to geopolitical issue and complicated history, they have become the main target of terrorists against the aviation industry. At the same time they put a lot of effort and money to secure their passengers and aviation industry. That work shows international legal regulations, and direct impact the acts of aviation terrorism on developing security procedures.
