Artistic education in primary schools

Niniejsza praca dotyczy edukacji artystycznej w szkole podstawowej. W pierwszej części zostały przedstawione definicje ukazujące rozumienie edukacji kulturalnej, ze skierowaniem szczególnej uwagi na edukację artystyczną. Zagadnienie zostało również zobrazowane przykładami edukacji: plastycznej, muzycznej i tanecznej. W dwóch kolejnych rozdziałach opisano aspekt prawny edukacji artystycznej oraz omówiono jej miejsce w podstawie programowej. W ostatniej części zawarto wyniki badań zebranych przez autorkę wśród nauczycieli przedmiotów artystycznych w szkole podstawowej oraz uczniów klas 4 - 8 oraz ich analizę pod kątem obrazu edukacji artystycznej w szkole podstawowej.

The following work concerns artistic education in primary school. In the first part definitions related to the understanding of cultural education with the specific emphasis on art education are presented. The issue is also illustrated with examples of art, musical and dance education. The two following chapters describe the legal aspect of artistic education and its place in the core curriculum. The last part contains the results of research done by the author among primary school Related Arts teachers and among students of grades 4 to 8 together with their analysis focused on the view of artistic education in primary school.
