Analysis and evaluation of the implementation of modern team management methods in the real estate agency industry.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest teoretyczny opis metod oraz technik zarządzania zespołem w nowoczesnych organizacjach z branży nieruchomości. Celem pracy jest analiza i ocena implementacji nowoczesnych metod zarządzania zespołem w branży agencji nieruchomości. Całość pracy składa się z czterech części. Rozdział pierwszy przedstawia ujęcie definicyjne oraz klasyfikację metody i techniki organizatorsko – zarządczych. Rozdział drugi dotyczy czynników budowania i opisuje skuteczne zarządzanie zespołem we współczesnej organizacji. Rozdział trzeci stanowi identyfikację, diagnozę i ocenę skuteczności narzędzi zarządzania zespołem w branży nieruchomości. Rozdział czwarty prezentuje rolę doboru instrumentów zarządzania w budowaniu efektywności pracy zespołu na przykładzie firmy Maxon nieruchomości Sp. z.o.o i jest analizą konkretnego przypadku wymienionej firmy. Praca powstała w oparciu o badania ankietowe, badania literaturowe oraz obserwację bezpośrednią, a także z wykorzystaniem źródeł internetowych, dokumentacji wewnętrznej firmy oraz stron internetowych firm. W pracy oparto się także na kontakcie bezpośrednim z menedżerami wybranych przedsiębiorstw i realizację wywiadów pogłębionych.

The subject of this thesis is a theoretical description of methods and techniques of team management in modern real estate organizations. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the implementation of modern team management methods in the real estate agency industry. The whole work consists of four parts. The first chapter presents the definition and classification of organizational and management methods and techniques. The second chapter deals with building factors and describes effective team management in a modern organization. The third chapter is the identification, diagnosis and assessment of the effectiveness of team management tools in the real estate industry. The fourth chapter presents the role of the selection of management instruments in building the effectiveness of the team's work on the example of Maxon Real Estate Sp. z o.o. and is an analysis of a specific case of the mentioned company.The work was based on survey research, literature research and direct observation, as well as with the use of Internet sources, internal company documentation and websites of companies. The work was also based on direct contact with managers of selected enterprises and the implementation of in-depth interviews.
