W pracy przedstawiono możliwość reorganizacji placówek edukacyjnych na terenie gminy Strzyżów. Analizowane przemiany, mogłyby wpłynąć na bezpieczeństwo dla uczniów, zatrudnienie pracowników, zarobki pracowników oraz budżet gminy. Przedstawiono cztery najważniejsze poziomy do których należy się odnieść przy takiej reformie: możliwości prawne, podstawy urbanistyczne, planistyczne lub architektoniczne, odczucia społeczeństwa, oraz wpływ reorganizacji na zatrudnienie i budżet gminy. Scharakteryzowano obszar badań, czyli gminę Strzyżów oraz sytuację demograficzną uwzględniając liczbę miejsc w placówkach edukacyjnych. Kolejnym etapem było porównanie opinii społeczeństwa na temat reorganizacji. Zestawiono też reakcje badanych osób na temat propozycji zmian w gminie odnośnie do szkolnictwa z wpływem rozpatrywanych przemian w zakresie edukacji na zatrudnienie budżet gminy.
