The Principle of taking into account the public interest and the legitimate interest of citizens

Tematem pracy dyplomowej są rozważania na temat zasady uwzględniania interesu społecznego wraz ze słusznym interesem obywateli wyrażonej w art.7 kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego, a dokładniej ewolucja tego przepisu na przestrzeni lat. Pierwszy rozdział pracy dotyczy charakterystyki pojęć interesu oraz klauzul generalnych. Rozdział drugi opisuje podział interesów na publiczny i indywidualny oraz określa możliwe relacje, jakie mogą zachodzić pomiędzy nimi. Ostatni rozdział dotyczy zasady uwzględniania interesu publicznego i słusznego interesu obywateli.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to consider the principle of taking into account the public interest together with the legitimate interest of citizens, as expressed in Article 7 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, and more specifically the evolution of this provision over the years. The first chapter of the work deals with the characteristics of the concepts of interest and the general clauses. The second chapter describes the division of interests into public and individual and the possible relationships that may exist between them. The final chapter concerns the principle of taking into account the public interest and the legitimate interest of citizens.
