Building social competences in the process of learning theater improvisation

Praca przedstawia korzyści płynące z procesu nauki improwizacji teatralnej. W pierwszej części pracy autorka wymienia główne zasady improwizacji teatralnej, najważniejsze elementy spektaklu improwizowanego, a także najpopularniejsze formaty i gatunki impro. Uwzględnione zostały przeszkody i zagrożenia, mogące pojawić się w trakcie uprawiania tej sztuki. Druga część pracy poświęcona jest historycznemu rozwojowi komedii jako obszarowi działań improwizacji teatralnej. W trzeciej części pracy autorka przedstawia metodologię badań empirycznych, w których wykorzystała technikę wywiadu. Respondentami byli nauczyciele improwizacji z największych ośrodków improwizacji w Polsce (Kraków, Warszawa, Gdańsk, Wrocław). W czwartej części pracy autorka dokonała analizy badań z uwzględnieniem przyczyn i motywacji podjęcia nauki improwizacji teatralnej, jej przebiegu oraz zakładanych i osiąganych efektów. W podsumowaniu zostały przedstawione wnioski dotyczące wpływu procesu nauki improwizacji teatralnej na rozwój społeczeństwa.

The work presents the benefits of the process of learning theater improvisation. In the first part of the work, the author lists the main principles of theatrical improvisation, the most important elements of the improvised spectacle, as well as the most popular impro formats and genres. Obstacles and threats that may appear while practicing this art have been taken into account. The second part of the work is devoted to the historical development of comedy as an area of ​​theatrical improvisation. In the third part of the work, the author presents the methodology of empirical research in which she used the interview technique. The respondents were improvisation teachers from the largest improvisation centers in Poland (Kraków, Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław). In the fourth part of the work, the author analyzes the research, taking into account the reasons and motivations for undertaking the science of theater improvisation, its course and the assumed and achieved effects. The summary presents the conclusions on the impact of the process of learning theater improvisation on the development of society.
