Ekonomiczno-prawne uwarunkowania zakładania międzynarodowego przedsiębiorstwa: studium porównawcze działalności restauracyjnej w Polsce i Niemczech.

Głównym celem pracy jest przedstawienie istoty procesu przedsiębiorczego i internacjonalizacji firmy oraz dokonanie analizy porównawczej warunków ekonomicznych i prawnych dla założenia nowego przedsięwzięcia w branży restauracyjnej w Polsce i Niemczech. Praca ta opiera się na analizie literatury, artykułów, raportów branżowych oraz danych statystycznych. Zawiera prezentację istoty procesu przedsiębiorczości i procesu zakładania działalności gospodarczej, opis koncepcji internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa, uwzględnienie wsparcia MSP przez rząd i UE w procesie zakładania i internacjonalizacji. Przeanalizowano również branżę restauracyjną w Polsce i Niemczech oraz zidentyfikowano ekonomiczne i prawne uwarunkowania założenia działalności restauracyjnej w tych krajach. Badania wykazały, że w okresie przed pandemią branża restauracyjna w obu krajach stale się rozwijała, a silna, stabilna gospodarka i korzystne ramy prawne stwarzają dobre warunki do zakładania działalności restauracyjnej w Polsce i Niemczech.

The main aim of the thesis is to present the essence of entrepreneurial process and firm internationalization and to perform a comparative analysis of economic and legal conditions for establishing a new venture in the restaurant business in Poland and Germany. This thesis based on the analysis of literature, articles, industry reports and statistical data. It includes a presentation of the essence of the entrepreneurship process and the business start-up process, a description of the concept of internationalization of an enterprise, consideration of the support of SMEs by the government and the EU in the process of establishment and internationalization. Also, the restaurant industry in Poland and Germany was analyzed and economic and legal conditions for the establishment of a restaurant business in these countries were identified. The research showed that in the pre-pandemic time, the restaurant industry in both countries was constantly developing, and a strong, stable economy and a favorable legal framework create good conditions for setting up a restaurant business in Poland and Germany.
