The genesis and functioning of the state in libertarian doctrine

Celem niniejszej pracy jest próba prezentacji współczesnego libertarianizmu poprzez przedstawienie jego genezy, działalności i programu. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawię definicję terminu libertarianizm, wyjaśnię kim jest jednostka identyfikująca się jako libertarianin. Następnie wymienię fundamenty składające się na doktrynę libertarianską. W dalszej części rozdziału omówię dwa główne nurty libertarianizmu, a mianowicie minarchizm i anarchokapitalizm. Rozdział drugi przedstawia koncepcje państwa minimalnego zaprezentowane m.in przez Johna Locke’a, Ayn Rand oraz Roberta Nozicka. Przedstawione zostaną koncepcje ładu państwowego i alternatywnych dla państwa koncepcji zorganizowania życia społecznego. Ostatni rozdział zawiera analizę twórczości anarchokapitalisty Murray N. Rothbarda, dokonaną przez pryzmat odnoszenia się do celów ochronnych państwa, jego obecności w gospodarce oraz idei stworzenia państwa dobrobytu.

An attempt of the presentation of the contemporary libertarianism is a purpose of this work by describing his genesis, of activity and the program. In the first chapter I will present the definition of the term libertarianism, I will explain whom the individual identifying herself as the libertarian is. Next I will replace foundations making doctrine up libertarian. Hereinafter I will discuss the allocation two mainstreams of the libertarianism, that is minarchizm and anarchokapitalizm. The chapter two is showing concepts of the minimal state presented among others by John Locke, Ayn Rand and of Robert Nozick. Conceptions of the national order will be presented and alternative for the state of the concept of organising the social life. The last chapter contains analysis of the artistic work anarchokapitalisty Murray N. Rothbard, made through the prism of referring for the purposes of protective couples, his presences in the economy and the idea of creating the welfare state.
