Celem pracy jest przedstawienie roli pośrednika w obrocie nieruchomościami na polskim i zagranicznym rynku nieruchomości. W pierwszym rozdziale opracowania przybliżono zagadnienie rynku nieruchomości i panujących na nim regulacji prawnych. Następnie poruszono temat usług związanych z obsługą rynku nieruchomości w Polsce. W kolejnej części pracy opisano rolę pośrednika na rynku nieruchomości. W czwartym rozdziale pracy opisane zostało zróżnicowanie pracy pośrednika w wybranych krajach świata. Ostatni rozdział przedstawia analizę wyników badań własnych dotyczących roli pośrednika na rynku nieruchomości.
The purpose of the study is to present the role of real estate agent at Polish and foreign real estate market. In the first chapter of this diploma paper there is brought closer the issue of the real estate market and the prevailing legal regulations. In the next chapter raise a subject of services related to the real estate market in Poland. In the next part of the diploma paper described the role of the real estate agent in the real estate market. The last part of this study shows the analysis of the results of my research concerned with the role of the real estate agent in the real estate market.
