The Ukrainian War of Independence in 1917-1921

Poniższa praca „Ukraińska Wojna o Niepodległość w latach 1917-1921" przedstawia w sposób chorologiczny wydarzenia, procesy i zjawiska związane z Ukrainą lat 1917-1921. W poszczególnych rozdziałach przedstawione są główne wydarzenia związane z Centralną Radą, Hetmanatem Skoropadskiego, otamanią, Dyrektoriatem URL, wojną z bolszewikami, wojną polsko-ukraińską, Pochódem Zimowym.Praca skupia się przedstawieniu i analizie wydarzeń Ukraińskiej Wojny o Niepodłegłość na początku XX wieku i przyczynami jej klęski.Do napisania pracy wykorzystano literaturę głównie fachową dotyczącą tego okresu. Metodą badawcza zastosowaną na potrzeby pracy była syntezie opracowań – literatury tematycznej poświęconej omawianemu zagadnieniu wydanej od momentu zakończenia wojny do teraźniejszości i analizie literatury źródłowej.

The following work, "The Ukrainian War of Independence in 1917-1921" presents in a chorological way the events, processes and phenomena related to Ukraine in the years 1917-1921. The individual chapters present the main events related to the Central Council, the Hetmanate of Skoropadsky, otamania, Directory of UNR , the war with the Bolsheviks, the Polish-Ukrainian war, the Winter March.The work focuses on the presentation and analysis of the events of the Ukrainian War for Independence at the beginning of the 20th century and the causes of its defeat.Mainly professional literature related to this period was used to write the thesis.The research method used for the work was the synthesis of studies - thematic literature devoted to the issue in question, published from the end of the war to the present, and the analysis of source literature.
