Artykuł podejmuje kwestie współpracy Rusinów zakarpackich z galicyjskimi w schyłkowym okresie Wiosny Ludów. Stanowi polemikę z tezą Paula Roberta Magocsiego, który w swoich publikacjach memorandum z 13 października 1849 r., przedłożone cesarzowi Franciszkowi Józefowi I i rządowi wiedeńskiemu, uznał za pierwszy polityczny program Karpatorusinów. Według Magocsiego program ten wiązał się z rezygnacją Rusinów karpackich ze wspólnego kraju koronnego złożonego z Rusi zakarpackiej i galicyjskiej. The article addresses the question of cooperation between Transcarpathian Rus’ and Galician Rus' in the declining period of the Spring of Nations. It polemicises with the thesis of Paul R. Magocsi, who, in his publications, considered the memorandum of 13 October 1849, submitted to Emperor Franz Joseph I and the Viennese government, as the fi rst political programme of the Carpatho-Rusyns. According to Magocsi, this programme involved the resignation of the Carpathian Rusyns from a common crown state consisting of the Transca rpathian and Galician Rus'.
