Merytoryczna część pracy kompleksowo przedstawia aspekty prawne związane z urządzaniem gier hazardowych w Polsce.

The essay is mainly based on the regulations of the polish law as well as on other approriate sources including articles, books etc.. It ephasizes the character of creating, operating and leading of casinos. it also describes the history of gambling showing the development of polish legal system which (whitch to czarownica ale to common.mistake gaha) is directly intertwined with random games.
