W omawianej pracy podjęto próby przedstawienia problemów i błędów jakie mogą wystąpić podczas tłumaczenia tekstu. Błędy te zostały zanalizowane na podstawie czterech czasopism, które dotyczą tematyki samochodowej: dwóch niemieckich pod tytułem „Oldtimer Markt – Europas größte Zeitschrift für klassiche Autos und Motorräder” i dwóch polskich „Automobilista – miesięcznik miłośników motoryzacji”. Omawiana praca składa się z dwóch części: teoretycznej i praktycznej. W części teoretycznej zostały opisane różne definicje pojęcia „tłumaczenie” oraz problemy i błędy jakie mogą pojawić się podczas tłumaczonego tekstu. Część teoretyczna zawiera charakterystykę i cechy języka fachowego oraz opis techniki samochodowej. W części teoretycznej pracy zostało także przedstawione zjawisko jakim jest ekwiwalencja. Pod tym pojęciem rozumie się relacje pomiędzy tekstem języka wyjściowego i docelowego. Dość często mamy do czynienia z tym zjawiskiem podczas tłumaczenia tekstów i sprawia tłumaczowi duże trudności, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o tzw. częściową i zerową ekwiwalencję. Część praktyczna omawianej pracy z jednej strony ma na celu pokazać, że w analizowanych czasopismach występuje duża ilość błędów, które tłumacz popełnił podczas procesu tłumaczenia, a z drugiej udowodnić, że język z dziedziny samochodowej jest zaliczany do języka fachowego. W badanych materiałach wystąpiły błędy interferencyjne. Tłumacz użył błędnych słów oraz niektóre wyrazy przetłumaczył dosłownie. Błędy te często wynikają z niewiedzy tłumacza w dziedzinie samochodowej. W tekstach można znaleźć także błędy nadinterpretacji oraz fałszywych przyjaciół tłumacza, czyli takie słowa, które mimo identycznej lub podobnej formy w dwóch językach wykazują różnice znaczeniowe. W badanych materiałach można zauważyć również błędy stylistyczne. Tłumacz musi się liczyć z tym, że podczas procesu tłumaczenia mogą pojawić się słowa, które sprawiają wiele problemów i mogą przyczynić się do nieprawidłowego tłumaczenia tekstu.

In this master’s thesis tried to present problems and mistakes, which can appear during translate a text. This mistakes analyzed on the basis of four magazines, which concern subject matter of automobile: two German under title “Oldtimer Markt – Europas größte Zeitschrift für klassiche Autos und Motorräder” and two Polish “Automobilista – miesięcznik miłośników motoryzacji”. This master’s thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. On theoretical part described different definitions of “translate”, problems and mistakes, which appear during translate. A theoretical part include characteristic and features of specialist language and characteristic a technology of automobile. On theoretical part of this master’s thesis presented phenomenon what is equivalent. Under this concept means relationship between initial and target language. We have often to reckon with this phenomenon during translation texts and cause difficulties, especially when it’s about partial and null equivalent. A practical part of this master’s thesis has purpose to show on the one hand, that in analyzed magazines appear a lot of mistakes, which a translator made during translate, and to prove on the other hand, that a language from automobile industry can ascribe to a big family of specialist language. In the analyzed texts appeared interference mistakes. A translator used wrong words and he translated terms literally. This mistakes often result from no knowledge a translator in automobile industry. In this texts can find interference mistakes and false friends of a translator too, there are words, which have got different on mean in two languages in spite of identical or similar form. In analyzed texts can show linguistic mistakes. A translator have to take into account, that during translate can appear words, which cause a lot of problems and they can contribute to false translate a text.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit versuchte man breite Spektrum von Fachsprachen, besonders von Fachsprache der Automobilbranche darzustellen. Es wurde Begriff der Fachsprache näher geschildert und bestimmt, danach wurde die Fachsprache charakterisiert und ihre typische Merkmale wurden genannt. Im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit wurden Probleme und Fehler beschrieben, die beim Übersetzungsprozess erscheinen können. Es wurde auf eine Erscheinung der Äquivalenz aufmerksam, d.h. Relation zwischen den Wörtern verschiedener Sprachen. Es wurde auch Techniksprache im Bereich der Kraftfahrzeugtechnik beschrieben. In der praktischen Teil wurden Fehle dargestellt, die der Übersetzer beim Übersetzungsprozess eines Textes häufig begehen kann. Diese Fehler wurden am Beispiel von vier Fachzeitschriften analysiert: zwei deutschen mit dem Titel „Oldtimer Markt“ und zwei polnischen „Automobilista – miesięcznik miłośników motoryzacji“. . In der zweiten Teil der praktischen Arbeit versuchte man anhand der untersuchten Texten verschiedene Merkmale der Fachsprache innerhalb der Lexik und Syntax darzustellen. Außerdem wurden auf der Textebene fachsprachliche Merkmale genannt. Dieser Teil der Arbeit hatte zum Ziel zu beweisen die am Anfang der Arbeit gestellte Hypothese bezüglich der Sprache der Automobilbranche.
