Constitutionalism in the 18th and 19th centuries, based on the analysis of the constitutions of France, the United States, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Praca: Konstytucjonalizm w XVIII i XIX wieku na podstawie analizy konstytucji Francji, Stanów Zjednoczonych, Niemiec, Austrii, Belgii, Niderlandów i Luksemburga zawiera rozważania na temat XVIII i XIX – wiecznych ustaw zasadniczych w celu uchwycenia ich najważniejszych założeń, a także cech wspólnych i wzajemnych wpływów. Praca została podzielona na pięć rozdziałów. Pierwszy obejmuje przedstawienie źródeł konstytucjonalizmu z uwzględnieniem aktów prawnych powstałych przed XVIII wiekiem, a także koncepcji filozoficzno-prawnych. Kolejne rozdziały zwierają analizę konstytucji następujących państw: Francji (akty konstytucje z lat: 1791, 1793, 1795, 1799, 1814, 1815, 1830, 1848, 1852, 1875), Stanów Zjednoczonych (konstytucja z roku 1787, a także ustawa zasadnicza Wirginii z 1776 roku), Niemiec (ustawa zasadnicza z 1871 roku, a także konstytucja Królestwa Prus z 1850 roku i Związku Północnoniemieckiego z 1867 roku), Austrii (akty konstytucyjne z lat: 1848, 1849, 1867), Belgii (konstytucja z 1830 roku), Niderlandów (akty konstytucyjne z lat: 1814, 1815 wraz z późniejszymi rewizjami, a także konstytucja Republiki Batawskiej z 1798 roku), Luksemburgu (konstytucja z 1841 roku wraz z późniejszymi rewizjami). Ostatni z rozdziałów stanowi podsumowanie zawierające sformowanie najważniejszych cech charakteryzujących konstytucje XVIII i XIX wieku.

Dissertation: Constitutionalism in the 18th and 19th centuries, based on the analysis of the constitutions of France, the United States, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, contains the examination of the 18th and 19th century basic laws in order to capture their most important assumptions, as well as common features and mutual influences. The dissertation has five chapters. The first covers the presentation of the sources of constitutionalism, taking into account legal acts created before the eighteenth century, as well as philosophical and legal concepts. The following chapters contain an analysis of the constitutions of the following countries: France (acts of constitutions from the years: 1791, 1793, 1795, 1799, 1814, 1815, 1830, 1848, 1852, 1875), the United States (constitution of 1787, and the Constitution of Virginia of 1776 1871), Germany (the Basic Law of 1871, as well as the constitution of the Kingdom of Prussia of 1850 and the North German Confederation of 1867), Austria (constitutional acts of 1848, 1849, 1867), Belgium (constitution of 1830), the Netherlands (constitutional acts of 1814, 1815 with subsequent revisions, as well as the constitution of the Batavian Republic of 1798), Luxembourg (constitution of 1841 with subsequent revisions). The last chapter is a summary containing the formulation of the most important features characterizing the constitutions of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
