The supervision of the Constitutional Court of the political parties

Tematem pracy jest nadzór Trybunału Konstytucyjnego nad partiami politycznymi. W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiona jest historia oraz rozwój partii politycznych. Następnie praca porusza tematykę pluralizmu politycznego oraz zasad prawa wyborczego. W głównej części pracy omówiony zostaje nadzór nad partiami politycznymi pod kątem organu sprawującego tę kontrolę, przedmiotu i trybu kontroli oraz jej rodzaju a także wzorca konstytucyjnego kontroli. W ostatnim rozdziale pracy zostaje omówiona problematyka orzeczeń Trybunału Konstytucyjnego związanych z nadzorem sprawowanym nad partiami oraz skutkami kontroli. Zasygnalizowane zostają również problemy powstające na tle tej kontroli.

The title of the thesis is the supervision of the Constitutional Court of the political parties. The first part of the thesis presents the history and development of political parties. The further section of the thesis contains rules of political pluralism and the principles of electoral law. The main part is focused on the supervision of political parties in terms of the body taking over control, the subject and mode control and the type of constitutional control. The last chapter of the thesis discusses issues of the decisions of constitutional court connected to the supervisory control over the parties and consequences of the control. There are also problems arising on the background of the control indicated in the thesis.
