Praca licencjacka ma na celu przybliżenie problematyki instytucji świadka koronnego w Polsce. Praca przede wszystkim skupia się na genezie powstawania omawianej instytucji, jej wadach i zaletach. Poruszony został również temat szerokiej krytyki, jaka od samego początku towarzyszy tej instytucji. Głownym celem pracy licencjackiej jest wykazanie wysokiego poziomu przydatności instytucji świadka koronnego w przeciwdziałaniu i zwalczaniu przestępczości zorganizowanej w Polsce oraz na świecie.
The thesis’ aim is to discuss the institution of a crown witness. The paper mainly focuses on the origins of crown witnessing as well as its pros and cons. Wide criticism surrounding the issue from its conception is also described. The main goal of the thesis is to show the high usefulness of crown witnessing in prevention and combat of organized crime in Poland and globally.
