Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie zjawiska sharentingu. Rozwój nowych technologii i mediów społecznościowym przyczynił się do jego upowszechnienia. W pracy zostały omówione wybrane aspekty prawne, zostały opisane również zagrożenia wynikające z sharentingu. Ponadto praca uwzględnia tematykę sztucznej inteligencji i sharentingu. Przywołane zostały także regulacje wprowadzone w kontekście sharentingu we Franacji. Przeprowadzone rozważania pozwoliły dojść do wniosków, że sharenting jest przede wszystkim zjawiskiem niekorzystnym i potencjalnie niebezpiecznym dla dzieci.
The aim of this thesis is to present the phenomenon of sharenting. The development of new technologies and social media has contributed to its popularization. The thesis discusses selected legal aspects and describes the risks associated with sharenting. In addition, the thesis takes into account the topics of artificial intelligence and sharenting. The thesis also refers to regulations introduced in the context of sharenting in France. The considerations presented in the thesis lead to the conclusion that sharenting is primarily a negative phenomenon and potentially dangerous for children.
