Preparing for self-care of patients suffering from bronchial asthma

StreszczenieCelem omawianej pracy było zbadanie przebiegu choroby jaką jest astma oskrzelowa na przykładzie indywidualnego przypadku, a także ukazanie problemów natury fizycznej, psychospołecznej oraz opracowanie planu opieki pielęgniarskiej dostosowanego do indywidualnych potrzeb i problemów pacjentki. Praca składa się z dwóch części: teoretycznej oraz badawczej. Pierwsza część zawiera aspekty kliniczne choroby takie jak: epidemiologia, czynniki ryzyka, patogeneza, typy, obraz kliniczny astmy oskrzelowej oraz metody leczenia. W części badawczej przedstawiono metodologię badań własnych, w której zawarto cel pracy, problemy badawcze, narzędzia badawcze oraz organizację badań. W końcowej części pracy przedstawiłam 10 problemów zdrowotnych, które wystąpiły podczas obserwacji wybranego przypadku.

SummaryThe purpose of this thesis is to discuss and analyze the course of a bronchial asthma on the example of the individual case as well as portraying problems of the physical, psychosocial nature and drawing up the plan of nursing adapted for individual needs and problems of the patient. The paper is divided into two parts: theoretical part and research part. The first chapter contains clinical aspects of the illness so as: epidemiology, factors of the risk, the pathogenesis, types, the clinical picture of the bronchial asthma and methods of therapy. In the research part there is a description of research’s methodology including the aim of this paper, the research problems, methods of research, the research tools and the research organization. In the end of this work I presented10 health problems, which appeared during observation of the chosen case, were presented.
