Analysis and evaluation of the team management process based on the concept of transactional analysis

Dostarcza wiele narzędzi zarówno do rozpoznawania problemów w zarządzaniu zespołem, ale również usprawnia komunikację w organizacji. Teoria ta, która rozróżnia trzy grupy stanów takich jak: Rodzic, Dorosły, Dziecko to sposób na pogłębienie samorozwoju pracowników oraz uzyskanie spójnego wglądu w myśli, odczucia oraz zachowania w sobie, a także w kontakcie interpersonalnym z innymi jednostkami. Wówczas konieczny jest lider, który w odpowiedni sposób pokieruje swoich podopiecznych i będzie stanowił dla nich niezbędne wsparcie. Spełnienie takich wymagań będzie możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu działań zgodnie z omawianą koncepcją.

Transactional analysis is a holistic personality theory that is widely used in business approaches these days. It provides many tools both to identify problems in team management, but also to improve communication in the organization. The theory, which distinguishes between three groups of states such as Parent, Adult, Child, is a way to deepen employees' self-development and gain consistent insight into thoughts, feelings and behaviors in themselves, as well as in interpersonal contact with other individuals. Then a leader is needed who will guide his charges in the right way and provide them with the necessary support. Fulfillment of such requirements will be possible through the application of activities in accordance with the concept discussed above.
