The scope and form of implementation of statutory obligations regarding assessment, based on the example of statutes provisions of state primary schools with sports departments in Kraków.

Przedmiot pracy obejmuje badanie wycinka rzeczywistości oświatowej, jaki stanowi zarządzanie procesem dydaktyczno-wychowawczym w obszarze oceniania, realizowanym przez wybrane szkoły objęte badaniem. Celem badania była próba dokonania analizy efektów zorganizowanego działania w organizacjach systemu oświaty szczebla podstawowego, w kontekście zapewnienia pełnej zgodności podejmowanych działań ze zobowiązaniamiwynikającymi z przepisów prawa oświatowego. Materiał badawczy stanowiły statuty publicznych szkół podstawowych objętych badaniem oraz przepisy prawa oświatowego. W badaniu korzystano z metody analizyporównawczej, metody dogmatycznoprawnej oraz metody badania dokumentów. Wykorzystano również technikę analizy dokumentów oraz technikę badania ankietowego, której narzędziem był opracowany przez autorkę pracy kwestionariusz ankiety. Wykorzystane metody, mające charakter empiryczny, pozwalały nie tylko na ustalenie stanu faktycznego zapisów statutowych szkół poddanych badaniu oraz obowiązujących normprawa oświatowego, ale w zakresie prowadzonej analizy badawczej umożliwiały również ustalenie zakresu ewentualnych odstępstw zapisów statutowych od zobowiązań wynikających z zapisów ustawowych.

The subject of the paper includes the study of a fragment of the educational reality which is the didactic and educational process management in terms of assessment, implemented by selected schools covered by the study. The aim of the study was to an attempt to analyse the effects of organized activities in the organizations of the primary education system in thecontext of ensuring full compliance of the activities undertaken with the obligations resulting from the provisions of the education law. The research material consisted of the statutes of the state primary schools included inthe study and the education law provisions. The study used the method of comparative analysis,the dogmatic-legal method, and the method of examining documents. The document analysis technique and the survey technique were also applied, the tool of which included a questionnaire developed by the author of the paper.The empirical methods made it possible not only to establish the actual condition of the statutory provisions of the schools included in the study and the applicable education law standards, but also, as part of the research analysis – to determine the scope of any deviations of statutes provisions from the obligations resulting from the statutory provisions.
