W prezentowanej przeze mnie pracy przedstawiłem ewolucję ustroju politycznego i gospodarczego Chin w latach 1978 – 2010, jednocześnie uwzględniając uwarunkowania cywilizacyjne, religijne i filozoficzne. Wychodząc od zagadnień cywilizacyjnych, przez komunizm, aż po reformy rozpoczęte po 1978 r. starałem się wyjaśnić fenomen rozwojowy Chin. Ponadto zaprezentowałem stanowisko społeczeństwa chińskiego wobec zaistniałych zmian i władz komunistycznych.
I present in my dissertation the evolution of political and economic system of China in years 1978-2010, taking into account the social, religious and philosophical background. Through social issues, communism and subsequently the reforms that have begun after 1978 I try to explain the Chinese development phenomenon. Additonally, I analyse the attitude of chinese society towards both the changes and the communist government.
