The Master's Thesis focuses on the creation of a cultural institution for the diaspora in Krakow, exploring the cultural sector in Poland and identifying best practices in managing migrant organizations in Krakow. It conducts an analysis of migration from Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine to Poland, considering its impact on the city's community, which is a significant context for the project. The needs of the diaspora in Krakow are analyzed in terms of cultural institutions and the available cultural offerings for them. The Thesis presents a broad spectrum of cultural initiatives by immigrants in Krakow, making a significant contribution to understanding the city's cultural landscape. These findings help identify gaps in cultural access and suggest possible adjustments to existing institutions or the creation of new ones. The Thesis concludes with a project for building a cultural organization tailored to the needs of the diaspora in Krakow, along with a description of its initial implementation phase.
