Manager as an entity managing a bank branch on the example of Bank Millennium

W pracy omówiono rolę menedżera jako podmiotu zarządzającego oddziałem bankowym na przykładzie Banku Millennium. Tekst pisano w oparciu o literaturę z danej dziedziny, publikacje naukowe , akty prawne i źródła internetowe. Celem pracy było przedstawienie kariery menedżera oddziału Banku Millennium, realizacji przez niego funkcji zarządzania oraz możliwości awansu pracowników oddziałów na stanowisko menedżera. W pracy badawczej zastosowano metodę indywidualnych przypadków, natomiast techniką wykorzystaną w pracy jest wywiad, analiza treści danych oraz kwestionariusz ankiety.

The role of a manager as an entity managing a bank branch on the example of Bank Millennium was discussed in the thesis. The text is based on the literature in a particular field, scientific publications, legal acts and Internet sources.The aim of the thesis was to present the career of a manager of the Bank Millennium branch, performing the management function and the possibility of promotion of the branch employees to the position of a manager.In the research work, the method of individual cases was used, whereas the technique used in the thesis was interview, data content analysis and survey questionnaire.
