Abstract in English

The aim of the present paper is to show some elements of Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy which are reconstructed and reconfigurated in "The Possibility of an Island" of Michel Houellebecq. The author of that paper confronts the idea of superhuman, the figure of the last human and the concept of eternal return with demands of fictional transhumanist movement and new definictions of the humanity. As a result of the problem presented in such way, it will be outlined Houellebecq's attitute towards the German philosopher as well as a distopian vision of the distant future as a parody of Nietzsche's thought.
