Cooperation of parents and teachers of primary school on the example of the commune Łukowica

Wspólne działania nauczycieli i rodziców są jednym z najistotniejszych czynników prawidłowego funkcjonowania szkoły i rodziny. Warunkuje także harmonijny rozwój dzieci, daje szansę bezustannego doskonalenia się nauczycieli i rodziców, czyli tych, którzy są odpowiedzialni za wielostronny rozwój dziecka. W związku z tym, jak ogromne znaczenia ma dobra współpraca rodziców i nauczycieli na prawidłowy rozwój dziecka, postanowiłam przeprowadzić własne badania. Celem ich było sprawdzenie, jak realizowana jest współpraca rodziców i nauczycieli szkół podstawowej, na terenie gminy Łukowica. Głownie skoncentrowałam się na formach, metodach współpracy, oczekiwaniach, jakie stawiają obie strony, oraz na trudnościach, które odczuwają strony tych wspólnych działań. Niniejsza praca składa się ze spisu treści, wstępu, trzech rozdziałów i podsumowania. W pierwszym rozdziale omówiłam definicje współpracy w ujęciu różnych nauk. Dokonałam, także charakterystyki kilku koncepcji pedagogicznych. Kolejny, drugi rozdział poświęciłam na zaprezentowanie metodologii badań. Omówiłam założenia ogólne i problematyki szczegółowe. Opisałam miejsce badań, jak również organizację i przebieg. Przedstawiłam metody i narzędzia badawcze potrzebne do przeprowadzenia badań. Na końcu tej części znajduje się także szczegółowa charakterystyka obu badanych grup. Ostatni, trzeci rozdział zawiera prezentacje i analizę badań własnych. Dokonałam zestawień i przedstawiłam odpowiedzi obu badanych grup, czyli nauczycieli i rodziców zawarte w ankiecie. W podsumowaniu przedstawiłam wysunięte wnioski, które odnosiły się przede wszystkim do problemów badawczych, a także te, które ponad to udało się mi uzyskać. Praca zawiera również bibliografię, aneks zawierający spis wykresów, tabel i mapy.

Joint actions of parents and teachers are one of the most important things essential to ensure proper functioning of the school and family. It also determines sustainable development of the children; gives the parents and the teachers an opportunity to continuously self-improve, which is very important because they are responsible for multilateral development of the young person.Aware of that great importance of good teacher – parent cooperation and its influence on development of children, I have decided to carry out some research. The aim was to verify the implementation of parent – teacher cooperation in elementary schools of Łukowica municipality. My main interests were the forms and methods of cooperation, expectations and difficulties encountered by both sides.This work consists of a table of contents, introduction and three chapters.In the first chapter I presented the definitions of the cooperation according to various sciences.I have also made characteristics of several pedagogical conceptions.The second chapter is dedicated to present the research methodology. I have discussed the general assumptions and the detailed issues; depicted the place, organization and the process of the studies. I have also described the methods and research tools used in this work. At the end of this part there is also detailed characteristics of both examined groups.The last, third chapter contains presentation and analysis of my own research. I have made a parallels and presented the answers given by both groups in the poll. In the summary I have described the conclusions relating to the studies, and others that I have managed to obtain.This work contains also bibliography and appendix with list of graphs, tables and maps.
