Administrative settlement as a legal form of action in the light of the regulation of the Code of Administrative Procedure

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest ugoda administracyjna jako prawna forma działania organów administracji. Studium tego zagadnienia zostało przeprowadzone w oparciu o regulację zawartą w Kodeksie postępowania administracyjnego. Poszczególne rozdziały zawierają szczegółową analizę regulacji dotyczącej ugody administracyjnej, wskazanie konsekwencji, które można jej przypisać i zestawienie ich z następstwami wydania decyzji administracyjnej. Kwestia ta jest istotna z punktu widzenia zakresu stosowalności ugody, a więc perspektywy upowszechnienia tej instytucji.

The subject of this thesis is administrative settlement as a legal form of operation of public administration authority. The study of this issue was conducted based on the regulation contained in the Code of Administrative Procedure. The individual chapters contain a detailed analysis of the regulations regarding the administrative settlement, an indication of the consequences that can be attributed to it and their comparison with the consequences of an administrative decision. This issue is important from the point of view of the scope of applicability of the settlement, and therefore the prospects of dissemination of this institution.
