Moja praca magisterska pod tytułem "Prezydent w II Rzeczpospolitej" dotyczy funkcji prezydenta w latach 1918-1939. Pierwszy rozdział dotyczy regulacji odnoście urzędu prezydenta w projektach konstytucji przygotowanych przesz Biuro Konstytucyjne, ankietę oraz kluby parlamentarne w latach 1918-1921. Drugi rozdział dotyczy konstytucji z 17 marca 1921 roku. Zawiera opis regulacji prawnych odnośnie wyboru, kompetencji oraz zastępstwa prezydenta oraz regulacji prawnych odnośnie prezydenta po zmianie konstytucji 2 sierpnia 1926 roku. rozdział trzeci dotyczy regulacji prawnych odnośnie prezydenta w konstytucji z 23 kwietnia 1935 roku. Rozdział czwarty przedstawia biografie prezydentów w II Rzeczpospolitej i zawiera najważniejsze zdarzenia z ich życia a w szczególności z okresów ich kadencji.

My master thesis is entitled " The President in the second Republik of Poland" and coucern the function of the president during the year 1918-1939. The first chapter countains the legal regulation councering the president in the projekt prepared by Coustitutional Bureau (Biuro Konstytucyjne), the Survey (Ankieta) and parliaments clubs the year 1918-1921. The second chapter countains countitution of 17 March 1921. It explain the legal regulations councering the presidential election, their competence and replacement to get them with new president right following the change of coustitution on 2 August 1926. Chapter III includes the legal regulations coucenring the president according to the counstitution of 23 april 1935. Chapter IV presents the bibliographies of presidents of II Republik of Poland including the most important events from their lives especially during their cadence.
