The influence of the teacher on the students' motivation in project-based learning

Moja praca magisterska poświęcona jest roli nauczyciela w procesie nauczania i w motywowaniu uczniów oraz metodzie projektu, stosowanej obowiązkowo w polskich gimnazjach. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiam róźne definicje motywacji, motywu oraz motywowania. Opisuję typologię motywu oraz motywacji. Drugi rozdział poświęcony jest wyjaśnieniu pojęć uczenie się i nauczanie. Przedstawiam w nim metody nauczania, najczęściej stosowane przez nauczycieli, rolę nauczyciela w procesie dydaktycznym oraz opisuję czynniki wpływające na zwiększenie motywacji u uczniów w warunkach szkolnych. W trzecim rozdziale opisuję krok po kroku metodę projektu, wszystkie etapy z uwzględnieniem zadań nauczyciela jako opiekuna grupy oraz uczniów, jako uczestników projektu. Jako przykład przedstawiam projekt, który można wykorzystać na lekcji języka niemieckiego i biologii.

My master's thesis I dedicate to the role of the teacher in the learning process and to the project-based method as one of the most successful method which influences the students' motivation to learn.In the first chapter I describe definitions of motive and motivation.The second chapter concerns the concepts of teaching and learning. I summarize the most frequently used teaching methods in the classroom and I pointed out the various forms of learning the students use.The third chapter explains the methodology of the project that is often used in schools nowadays and positively evaluated by students. Furthermore, I illustrate with a complex example the implementation of the education project at all stages and the teacher's role as a supervisor of the project group. This project is mandatory in Polish educational system for a few years and may be used in Biology as well as in German lessons.

Meine Magisterarbeit widme ich der Rolle des Lehrers beim Lernprozess und der Methode des Projekts als eine der Methoden, die erfolgreich zum Lernen motivieren. Im ersten Kapitel befasse ich mich mit Definitionen Motiv, Motivation und Motivierung. Das zweite Kapitel widme ich der Erklärung der Begriffe Lehren und Lernen. Ich stelle die Lehrmethoden dar, die Lehrer am häufigsten im Unterricht anwenden, und auch verschiedene Lernformen, die die Lernenden verwenden. Im dritten Kapitel lege ich die Methode des Projekts dar, die heute in der Schule oft angewandt und durch Schüler positiv bewertet wird. Ich schildere die Durchführung des Bildungsprojekts, das seit ein paar Jahren an polnischen Schulen obligatorisch ist. Ich stelle alle Etappen des Projekts dar und als Beispiel beschreibe ich ein Projekt, das man im DaF-Unterricht oder im Fach Biologie durchführen kann. Ich schildere Schritt für Schritt weitere Phasen des Projekts und die Aufgaben des Lehrers als Betreuer einer Projektgruppe.
