Tematem mojej pracy licencjackiej jest ewolucja pozycji ustrojowej Krajowej Rady Sądownictwa w latach 2011 - 2017. W tekście czytelnik poznaje pozycję polityczną, skład i organizację wewnętrzną, a także kompetencje przyznane Krajowej Radzie Sądownictwa. Powyższe zagadnienia opisane są w okresie od 2011 do 2017 roku. Opisano również zakres zmian, które nastąpiły w Krajowej Radzie Sądownictwa w związku ze zmianą obowiązującej regulacji prawnej.
The subject of my BA thesis is evolution of political position National Council of the Judiciary in years 2011 - 2017. In the text reader gets to know the political position, composition and internal organization, as well as competences awarded to the National Council of the Judiciary. The above mentioned issues are described in the time period from 2011 to 2017. Furthermore described is the extent of the changes that have taken place in the National Council of the Judiciary in connection with the change of the existing legal regulation.
