„«Neutro de materia» w językach hiszpańskim i asturyjskim” to praca przedstawiająca zjawisko językowe znane pod nazwą „neutro de materia”, występujące w północno-centralnej i centralnej części Półwyspu Iberyjskiego w językach hiszpańskim i asturyjskim. Zjawisko to polega na pozornie nieprawidłowym uzgodnieniu określników z rodzajem rzeczownika, zamiast czego regularnie używa rodzaju „nijakiego” dla rzeczowników niepoliczalnych.W pracy szeroko opisano historię badań nad tym zjawiskiem oraz hipotezy na temat jest źródeł. Główną część pracy stanowi szczegółowe przedstawienie różnych postaci w jakich objawia się „neutro de materia”, co zobrazowane zostało licznymi przykładami użycia. Ponadto osobną część pracy poświęcono na przedstawienie geografii zjawiska, jego zróżnicowania w zależności od miejsca występowania. Zarysowano również powiązania pomiędzy „neutro de materia” a zjawiskiem znanym jako „leísmo”.

“The matter-neutrality in Spanish and Asturian” is a dissertation describing a language phenomenon known as „neutro de materia”, which asserts itself in north central and central part of the Iberian Peninsula in both Spanish and Asturian. The aforementioned phenomenon is based on a seemingly incorrect agreement between determiners and grammatical gender where the use of the neuter gender for uncountable nouns is very common. The dissertation discusses in detail the history of research conducted on the topic and the hypotheses regarding its origin. The main part of the dissertation consists of a thorough depiction of various forms in which the matter-neutrality manifests itself and of numerous examples of its use. An additional part is devoted to description of geography of this phenomenon and its diversity which depends on the area of occurrence. A linkage between the matter-neutrality and a phenomenon known as the „leísmo” has been mentioned as well.

“El «neutro de materia» en castellano y asturiano” es una presentación del fenómeno lingüístico conocido como “neutro de materia”, que aparece en el centro-norte y en el centro de la Península Ibérica, en las lenguas española y asturiana. El fenómeno consiste en una concordancia de determinantes aparentemente errónea respecto al sustantivo y a su género, que en su lugar utiliza regularmente el género “neutro” para los sustantivos no contables.En el trabajo se describen detalladamente la historia de los estudios sobre el fenómeno y las hipótesis acerca de sus orígenes. La parte principal del trabajo consiste en una presentación minuciosa de distintas formas de manifestarse del “neutro de materia”, que están ilustradas con numerosos ejemplos de su uso. Además, una parte del trabajo está dedicada a la geografía del fenómeno y su diversificación, dependiendo del lugar de su aparición. También se han señalado las relaciones entre el “neutro de materia” y el fenómeno conocido como el “leísmo”.
