Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, które analizują wpływ wolnych licencji na prawo autorskie i dostęp do dóbr kultury. Omówiono genezę oraz zasady działania licencji open source i open content, zmieniających dostęp do twórczości w Internecie. W pracy zawarto, w jaki sposób te inicjatywy wspierają twórców, jednocześnie zwiększając społeczną dostępność dóbr kultury. Również omówiono rozwój i znaczenie licencji Creative Commons oraz GNU General Public License, przedstawiając ich rolę w promowaniu otwartego dostępu i współpracy. Praca analizuje również konflikty między ochroną twórców a potrzebą dostępu do informacji, analizując propozycje harmonizacji tych interesów.

The work consists of three chapters that analyze the impact of free licenses on copyright and access to cultural goods. It discusses the origins and principles of open source and open content licenses, which are changing access to creativity on the Internet. The paper includes how these initiatives support creators while increasing the social accessibility of cultural goods. Also discussed is the development and importance of the Creative Commons and GNU General Public License, outlining their role in promoting open access and collaboration. The work also examines the conflicts between the protection of creators and the need for access to information, looking at proposals to harmonize these interests.
