Objaśnia podstawowe zagadnienia związane z rozwojem samorządu terytorialnego oraz charakteryzuje organy oraz zadania poszczególnych jednostek. Celem pracy jest porównanie modelu ustrojowego samorządu terytorialnego we Francji i Polsce.
This work is devoted to the systemic forms of local government functioning in France and Poland. Explains the basic issues related to the development of local government and characterizes the bodies and tasks of individual units. The aim of the study is to compare the system of local government in France and Poland.
