Temat pracy magisterskiej skupia się na zjawisku mobbingu występującym w środowisku pracy. Omówiono czym jest mobbing, jakie są regulacje prawne jego dotyczące zarówno w polskim jak i europejskim prawie. Przedstawiono charakterystykę skutków mobbingu, zarówno dla jego ofiary jak i pracodawcy, a także przepisy zapobiegawcze. Zawarto również obowiązki pracodawcy z zakresu działań antymobbingowych. W ramach pracy przeprowadzono badania w formie ankiety, a następnie przeanalizowano odpowiedzi respondentów i wyciągnięto wnioski.
The subject of the Master's thesis focuses on the phenomenon of mobbing in the work environment. It discusses what mobbing is, what are the legal regulations concerning it both in Polish and European law. It presents the characteristics of the effects of mobbing, both for its victim and the employer, as well as preventive regulations. The obligations of the employer in the field of anti-mobbing activities are also included. As part of the work, research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire, and then the respondents' answers were analyzed and conclusions were drawn.
