Praca zawiera opis funkcji i postaci jurora w programach typu talent show emitowanych od 2002 roku w polskiej telewizji. Funkcja jurora przeszła stopniową ewolucję z jednostki oceniającej w stronę bycia nauczycielem i mentorem. W poszczególnych programach obserwujemy rozmaite warianty tej funkcji. Wyróżnia się trzy podstawowe typy jurorskie: "zły", "fachowy", "życzliwy". w każdym z programów kreowane są one w trochę inny sposób. Juror stał się nowym typem gwiazdy show biznesu, jednostką zaangażowaną w sprawy społeczne i stałym obiektem zainteresowania mediów. Jego rola w kulturze popularnej nieustannie rośnie. W pracy znajduje się krótkie omówienie historii tego typu programów, oraz szczegółowy opis ich formuły. Dalsze rozważania poświęcone są właśnie jurorom. Za przykłady typów jurorskich posłużyli: Elżbieta Zapendowska, Kuba Wojewódzki, Czesław Mozli. Na ich przykładach omówione zostały strategie oceniania uczestników i występowania w tych programach. Zwrócono również uwagę na relacje występujące między poszczególnymi jurorami, między jurorami a uczestnikami i jurorami a publicznością. The paper contains a description of the functions and programs as a judge in a talent show broadcast from 2002 in the Polish television. A judge has undergone a gradual evolution of the assessment body in the direction of being a teacher and mentor. The various programs we observe a variety of options for this function. There are three basic types of judge: "bad", "professional", "friendly". in each of the programs are created in a different way. Judge become a new type of celebrities, individuals involved in social issues and constant target of the media. His role in popular culture is constantly growing.This paper is a brief overview of the history of such programs, and a detailed description of their formula. Further observations are just judges. For examples of the types they used : Elżbieta Zapendowska, Kuba Wojewódzki, Czesław Mozil. In the above examples,discussed strategies to evaluate the participants. Attention was also drawn to the relationship between, the judges, between the judge and the participants and the judge and the audience.
