Abstract in English

The chapter is an empirical study of the ChatGPT tool, version four, on dealing with legal issues specific to the Polish system. The study was undertaken to verify the hypothesis that ChatGPT is a tool that can be helpful to the user in solving legal problems, guaranteeing answers at the level of a Polish-educated lawyer. The text verifies the results that ChatGPT achieves in the tasks of the entrance exams to the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Poland, both in terms of test questions and cases, and then the conclusions are generalized.
