Therapy of people addicted to alcohol convicted under art. 178a of the Penal Code in penitentiaries

Niniejsza praca podejmuje problematykę terapii osób uzależnionych od alkoholu skazanych z art. 178a Kodeksu Karnego w jednostkach penitencjarnych. Głównym celem pracy jest zapoznanie się z zasadami, sposobem i warunkami realizacji terapii od alkoholu w zakładzie karnym, a także sformułowanie wniosków mających służyć poprawie sytuacji terapeutycznej w zakładach karnych oraz wniosków możliwych do wykorzystania w profilaktyce społeczeństwa. Praca składa się z 5 pięciu rozdziałów. Pierwszy dotyczy podstaw teoretycznych badań własnych. Drugi rozdział to konceptualizacja przeprowadzonych badań, która zawiera w sobie przedmiot, cel oraz problematykę badawczą. Dodatkowo opisane są w nim metody, techniki i narzędzia badawcze, charakterystyka grupy oraz teren i organizacja przeprowadzonych przeze mnie badań. Trzeci rozdział dotyczy analizy wyników badań własnych, natomiast czwarty interpretacji tych wyników. Ostatni rozdział zawiera wnioski i rekomendacje możliwe do wykorzystania w praktyce.

This Master’s thesis tackles the problem of treatment of alcohol addicts convicted under art. 178a of the Penal Code in penitentiaries. The main aim of the work is to get acquainted with the rules and conditions for the implementation of alcohol therapy in prison, as well as to formulate proposals aimed at improving the therapeutic situation in prisons and applications that can be used in the prevention of society. The work consists of five five chapters. The first concerns the theoretical basis of own research. The second chapter is a conceptualization of the conducted research, which includes the object, purpose and research issues. In addition, it describes the methods, techniques and research tools, the characteristics of the group, and the area and organization of my research. The third chapter deals with the analysis of the results of own research, while the fourth chapter deals with the interpretation of these results. The last chapter contains conclusions and recommendations for pedagogical practice.
