Praca zawiera rozważania dotyczące określenia praw i obowiązków spadkobierców i osób trzecich po śmierci spadkodawcy, wynikłych z dokonania przez niego darowizn jeszcze za swojego życia. Następuje to w oparciu o analizę instytucji zachowku i zaliczenia darowizny na schedę spadkową. Praca porusza także problem postrzegania darowizny w ujęciu przepisów prawa spadkowego.
This master's thesis includes reflections regarding the rights and obligations of successors and third parties after the death of the decedent, as a result of donations performed by him in his lifetime. It is based on an analysis of the institution of the legitime and the contribution of donation to inherited share. The master's thesis also addresses the problem of perceiving conception of donation in terms of inheritance law.
