Abstract in English
The paper aims to present the issue of the consent of the injured person in tort law in the area of sport activity. At the beginning, the current understanding of the injured party's consent in the civil law is presented, along with its detailed characteristic, based on recent judgments and academic literature. The exclusion of unlawfulness is described and analyzed, along with conditions under which such a consent may be successfully expressed.
