Breach of the protection right on a trademark in connection with the registration of someone else's mark in the Internet domain

W swojej pracy licencjackiej skupiłam się na problematyce naruszenia prawa ochronnego na znak towarowy w kontekście domen internetowych.Zawarłam ogólne informacje na temat znaków towarowych oraz adresów internetowych a także wzajemnej relacji między nimi. Przedstawione zostały formy naruszeń prawa do znaków towarowych w internecie oraz ich ochrona a także sposoby rozstrzygania sporów i przysługujący zakres roszczeń.

In my BA thesis, I focused on the problem of trademark infringement in the context of Internet domains. I wrote general information about trademarks and web addresses as well as the mutual relationship between them. Forms of infringements of trademark law on the Internet and their protection as well as dispute resolution methods and the scope of claims are presented.
