Praca charakteryzuje pojęcie podmiotów w postępowaniu administracyjnym. Celem tej pracy było opisanie tych podmiotów w ogólnym postępowaniu administracyjnym, podkreślenie ich funkcji i obowiązków. Praca szczegółowo omawia podmioty takie jak Strona, organ prowadzący postępowanie administracyjne oraz podmiotów na prawach strony czyli Prokuratora, Rzecznika Praw Obywatelskich, Rzecznika Praw Dziecka i organizacje społeczne.
This master's thesis characterize by the notion of entities in administrative proceedings. The aim of this study was to describe these entities in general administrative proceedings , emphasizing their functions and duties. This thesis elaborates entities such as the party entities , the body conducting the administrative proceedings and entities on the rights of a party or the Public Prosecutor , the Ombudsman , the Ombudsman for Children and civil society organizations .
