W pracy poruszona została kwestia polityki zagranicznej Wielkiej Brytanii wobec byłych kolonii na przykładzie Australii, Kanady i Indii. Przebadane oraz przeanalizowane zostały zarówno sama istota i pochodzenie poszczególnych związków, jak też sytuacja aktualna w kontekście prognoz krótkoterminowych i długoterminowych. Ponadto badania zawarte w pracy obejmują obszar począwszy od genezy państwa do jego kształtu i wymiaru obecnie. Głównym celem teoretyczno-poznawczym pracy jest poznanie i zrozumienie zjawiska i wymiaru zmian polityczno- gospodarczych w na linii Wielkiej Brytanii i jej byłych kolonii w zakresie badanej tematyki na przestrzeni wieków. Z kolei głównym celem praktyczno- wdrożeniowym na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań jest próba zdefiniowania, ale też prognozowania dalszego kształtu i sposobu prowadzenia szeroko pojętych stosunków międzynarodowych pomiędzy tymi krajami. Przytoczone w pracy fakty i wątki, stanowiące kluczowy element badanej zbiorowości, zapewniają zupełnie inna perspektywę interpretacji i postrzegania charakteru zmian polityczno- gospodarczych w Wielkiej Brytanii na przestrzeni wieków XX i XXI.

The thesis discusses the issue of Great Britain's foreign policy towards the former colonies with the example of Australia, Canada, and India. Both the very essence and origin of individual compounds as well as the current situation in the context of short-term and long-term forecasts have been examined and analyzed.Moreover, the research included in the work covers the area from the genesis of the state to its present shape and dimension.The main theoretical and cognitive goal of the work is to get to know and understand the phenomenon and dimension of political and economic changes in the line of Great Britain and its former colonies in the field of the studied subject over the centuries, while the main practical and implementation goal based on the research is an attempt to define but also forecasting the further shape and manner of conducting broadly understood international relations between these countries.The facts and threads cited in the work, constituting a key element of the surveyed community, provide a completely different perspective for the interpretation and perception of the nature of political and economic changes in Great Britain over the 20th and 21st centuries.
