Project management. Team building.

Project management is now a very important element in organizational life. The process of the project realization has become the subject of many studies and scientific positions. Moreover, a lot of researchers indicates a huge impact of the project team on the effectiveness of the performed actions. The author of this paper describes the essence of these issues and conducts research to provide the extent to which people involved in projects to apply the theory described in the first two chapters of this thesis. In the theoretical part, the author relied mainly on the book " Project Management: The model of the best practice" and "Your role in the team" written by R. Meredith Belbin. Also, there were used the entries for the project management and creating of the teams. The study was conducted through interviews. All questions were open, not to impose the answers to the respondents and not to restrict their choice. The author managed to conduct five interviews. Their analysis and conclusions are in the third chapter of the thesis.

Zarządzanie projektami stanowi obecnie bardzo ważny element w życiu organizacyjnym. Proces realizacji projektu stał się przedmiotem wielu badań i pozycji naukowych. Ponadto wielu badaczy wskazuje na ogromny wpływ zespołu projektowego na efektywność wykonywanych działań. Autorka w niniejszej pracy opisuje istotę omawianych zagadnień oraz przeprowadza badania mające na celu przedstawienie w jakim stopniu osoby uczestniczące w projektach stosują się do teorii opisywanej w dwóch pierwszych rozdziałach niniejszej pracy. W części teoretycznej autorka opierała się głównie na książkach „Zarządzanie projektem: Model najlepszych praktyk” oraz „Twoja rola w zespole”, której autorem jest R. Meredith Belbin. Ponadto wykorzystane zostały pozycje dotyczące zarządzania projektami i budowania zespołów.Badania zostały przeprowadzone w formie wywiadów. Wszystkie pytania były otwarte, aby nie narzucać respondentom odpowiedzi i nie ograniczać ich wyboru. Autorce udało się przeprowadzić pięć wywiadów. Ich analiza i podsumowanie znajdują się w trzecim rozdziale niniejszej pracy.
