Refleksja na temat recepcji "Boskiej komedii", wychodząca od XIX-wiecznej tradycji budowy pomników Dantego we Włoszech i inspirowanych nimi dzieł literackich, poświęcona głównym nurtom interpretacji "Komedii" w kulturze europejskiej i szczególnie chętnie odczytywanym wątkom dzieła, nawiązująca do interpretacji Marka Santagaty.
The essay consist in a reflection on the reception of Dante's "Divine Comedy". It starts with some remarks on the 19th-century Italian tradition of building monuments to Dante. Moreover, it presents some literary works inspired by these statues. Furhtermore, the essay is devoted to interpretation of "Comedy" in European culture. Last but not least, some popular Dante's themes are commented an discussed in the light of Marco Santagata's readings.
