Personal and professional skills of the innovation broker

Praca magisterska dotyczy zagadnienia kompetencji osobowościowych oraz zawodowych brokera innowacji, jakie są niezbędne do jej wykonywania. Ze względu na brak zainteresowania wśród badaczy tym tematem powstała niniejsza praca zawierająca badania środowiska brokerów innowacji. Celem jej powstania jest odpowiedź na pytania dotyczące edukacji brokerów innowacji, a także ich późniejszego rozwoju. W pracy wyjaśnione zostały najważniejsze z pojęć niezbędnych do zrozumienia poruszanych zagadnień, a także scharakteryzowane podstawowe kompetencje zawodów tożsamych, na podstawie Krajowego Standardu Kompetencji Zawodowych, z zakresem obowiązków brokera innowacji. Pozwoliło to na zbudowanie ankiety. Badanie przeprowadzono wśród aktualnych pracowników innowacji. Otrzymane wyniki pozwoliły na poznanie tych najbardziej pożądanych kompetencji, a także potrzeb brokerów dotyczących szkoleń. Wyniki badań pozwalają także na zastosowanie konkretnych kroków, które mają na celu poprawienie jakości pracy brokerów innowacji oraz zbudowanie lepszej metodyki pracy na podobnych stanowiskach, jest to praktyczny wymiar tej pracy magisterskiej.

Master's thesis concerns the issue of personality competences and professional innovation broker, which are necessary for its performance. Due to the lack of interest among researchers, this topic was the subject of this work containing environmental research. The purpose of its creation is to answer questions about the education of innovation brokers as well as their subsequent development. The work explains the most important concepts necessary to understand the issues discussed, as well as the basic competences of the identical professions, based on the National Standard of Professional Competences, with the scope of duties of the innovation broker. It allowed to build a survey. The study was conducted among current innovation employees. The results obtained allowed to get to know the most desirable competencies as well as the needs of brokers regarding training. The research results also allow for the application of concrete steps aimed at improving the quality of innovation brokers' work and building a better methodology of working in similar positions, this is the practical dimension of this master's thesis.
